Duly Qualified Book a call

For businesses that win work through contracts

Qualified leads.
Qualified to bid.

Every month: twenty businesses ready to hear from you, the government tenders you can win, and your compliance papers kept in order.

How it works

From every business in your city to the twenty worth calling.

Most lead lists are a spreadsheet of names. Ours is a short list a person has checked, with a reason to call now and the first message already written.

  1. 01

    We map your market

Every business in your area that buys what you sell, from public business records, maps and listings.

  2. 02

We check each one by hand

Still trading, the right size, in your area, and a real reason to talk now. Most don’t make it.

  3. 03

    You get the brief

Who to contact, why now, and a first message that asks permission before it pitches. You approve and send it yourself.

  4. 04

    We track what happens

Mark each prospect as sent, replied or not interested. Follow-up is only for prospects who agreed to hear from you, and next month’s list builds on what you learn.

From our first pilot, for a Gqeberha design studio, October 2026.

Every month

One folder. Four things in it.

Delivered as a private report you open on your phone, with a tracker that saves as you go.

Qualified 01 · Leads

Twenty businesses ready to hear from you

20qualified prospects, every month
  • Why each one, and why now
  • The right person and the best way in
  • A first message you can edit, approve and send
Matched 02 · Tenders

The tenders you can actually win

We read every public tender in your province, keep the ones that fit your service and size, and grade them, so you only open the ones worth your time.

  • Closing dates and briefing sessions
  • What each one needs from you
  • Missed ones too, so you see what’s coming round again
In order 03 · Compliance

Your papers, kept current

One checklist for everything a tender asks for, with expiry dates and a reminder before anything lapses.

  • CSD, tax PIN and B-BBEE
  • Industry letters of good standing
  • Help getting what’s missing
Ready to sign 04 · Bids

Bid packs, prepared

When a tender is worth it, we put the pack together: returnable documents checked, forms filled in, pricing schedule set up. You check it, sign it and submit.

  • A checklist against the tender’s own list
  • Nothing goes in without your sign-off

Tenders and compliance

Most firms lose tenders on paperwork, not price.

A missing letter of good standing gets a bid thrown out before anyone looks at your rate.

Government tenders come with a long list of returnable documents, and every certificate has to be valid on the closing date. One lapsed letter and the bid is non-responsive.

We keep your folder current, tell you what’s about to expire, and help you get what’s missing, starting with the free ones: a CSD number, a tax compliance PIN and a B-BBEE affidavit.

Then, when a tender fits, you’re ready to bid on the day it opens, not scrambling the week it closes.

Questions

Good to know.

Is this cold spam?

No. Every first message asks permission before it pitches, says who it’s from and makes it easy to say no. Anyone who says no is marked and never contacted again. It keeps you on the right side of POPIA, and it gets better replies.

Who sends the messages?

You do, from your own email or phone. We write the drafts, you edit and approve them. Nothing goes out in your name without you.

What makes a lead “qualified”?

It’s still trading, it’s the right size and in your area, there’s a real reason to talk now, and we’ve found the right person or the best way in. A person checks every one before it reaches you.

We’re not registered on the CSD yet. Can we still start?

Yes. Getting tender-ready is part of the first month. The CSD number, tax compliance PIN and B-BBEE affidavit are free, and we walk you through each one.

Do you write and submit the tender for us?

We prepare the pack and check it against the tender’s own list. You review it, sign it and submit it, because the bid is yours.

Which areas do you cover?

Gqeberha and the rest of Nelson Mandela Bay now, with East London, Bloemfontein and Cape Town next. Tender matching covers the whole province you work in.

Is there a contract?

After the launch month there’s a 3-month minimum. After that it’s month to month, with 30 days’ notice.
